Salon Policies 

Services We have a No refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.

Products Unused Unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited, pending management approval.

Lengthy - Multiple services Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your client account. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above. For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 40% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.

Service Pricing: A “+” sign after some prices indicates price variations among service providers based on education and experience. After professionals complete training sessions and educational workshops with industry leaders, their prices increase to reflect a new skill level. Variations in pricing can also depend on the length and thickness of hair.

Cancellation Policy At Waterford Cut & Style we understand that unforeseeable events occur in everyone's life. Events such as car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. Please, provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives the salon enough time to refill the time slot. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours multiple times (2 or more), they will be asked to pre-pay for future services.

ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. All appointments have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Special Considerations Please notify our reservations specialist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

Payments & Gratuities We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted, and we do not give cash back on credit card charges. Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list
